In addition to receiving the printed manuals listed above, the students also receives a CD that contains a PDF version of all documentation. The CD also contains all ImageTrac Assembly Drawings.

The ImageTrac Hardware course is approximately 40% lecture and 60% hands-on training. The ImageTrac Hardware course, designed for Field Service personnel, covers all aspects of the ImageTrac hardware and related components.  The principle objective of this course is to enhance the understanding of the ImageTrac mechanics and to develop an understanding of the components, their functionality and how these components interact with the software. The following topics will also be covered:

• ImageTrac Functionality and Theory of Operation
• Camera Adjustment/Installation
• OCR, Bar Code, MICR and Image Capture Setup
• Power Supplies
• Sensors
• Sorting Configurations
• Inkjet Setup and Maintenance
• Picker and Feed Tire Adjustments
• Onboard PC Configuration

The course is a 5-day course that begins at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. Ending at 1:00 pm on Friday. (Subject to change if requirements deem necessary)
